changedIn combination with yesterday's Update Build 70 , we reduced the price of all nine content packages for Vital Signs: Emergency Department by 35-60% depending on the currency. This pricing change will continue indefinitely (it is not a temporary discount).
changedBeginning on September 8, 2025, we will change the base game 's price from Free to Paid (USD $4.99). This has no effect if you already have the free version in your account--you will continue to own the base game (and any content packages you purchased) and be able to play them even after the base game price moves from Free to Paid. The content packages will continue to be available at their reduced prices.
