changedIn particular, crashes have been observed specifically with NVIDIA Graphics Driver version 576. We kindly ask you to download and use version 572 or earlier, as previously advised.

In particular, crashes have been observed specifically with NVIDIA Graphics Driver version 576. We kindly ask you to download and use version 572 or earlier, as previously advised.

Please refer to the instructions below to check your current graphics driver version and download a supported version.

  1. Check Your NVIDIA Graphics Driver Version

  2. Open the NVIDIA App from the icon in your Windows taskbar.

(You can also check the version through NVIDIA Control Panel or GeForce Experience.)

  1. Check your driver version:

  • You can find this under System > My Rig in the NVIDIA App.

  1. Download NVIDIA Graphics Driver Version 572 or Earlier

If you are currently using NVIDIA Graphics Driver version 576, the game may crash during launch. A driver version lower than 576 is required.

We recommend installing version 572 or earlier by following the steps below.

  1. Uninstall the current driver (version 576.XX) from your PC.

  2. Visit the official NVIDIA website and enter your graphics card details to search for available drivers. [Go to NVIDIA Driver Search](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/)

  3. Download driver version lower than 572

We recommend that you download 572.XX versions such as below from the results.
