New version with English voice-overs is complete! Yeah!

The English version is finally ready! Yeah!

Over the past few months, we’ve been working intensively on the English version. Together with professional voice actors, we recorded thousands of lines of dialogue, which were then edited, integrated into the game, and thoroughly tested.

That was a massive production effort behind the scenes!

• Recording numerous dialogue sessions with various voice actors

• Editing and fine-tuning every single recording

• Integrating the sound files into the game

• Extensive testing to ensure everything works technically and narratively

Why the voice acting is so important?

Dialogue is a central part of Venice After Dark. In the game, you’ll speak with many unusual characters from Venice and gradually uncover a dark secret surrounding the historic Stucky Mill.

The characters’ voices contribute greatly to the atmosphere—which is why it was especially important to us to create high-quality voice acting for the English version as well!
