Everyone knows the qualities of the best riders in the world, but what if you’re chasing that one hidden gem nobody has heard of yet?

By upgrading your scouting facilities and following a rider multiple times, you’ll gradually unlock more about his abilities. What starts as Basic Performance Scouting can evolve into inviting the rider for tests at your team’s HQ.

That’s when you really start to see the rider: not only his strengths on the road, but also his personality.
