Interface and Accessibility

  • Improved navigation and readability throughout the game.

  • Added new button and menu icons.

  • Redesigned Inventory item details and components.

  • Expanded the Quest screen with more useful information and improved summaries.

  • Improved the ability-selection interface.

  • Updated the Veil of the Damned presentation.

  • Improved mobile layouts, scaling, and safe-area support across different screen sizes.

  • Standardized the default presentation around a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Scoring

  • Rebalanced the high-score calculation.

  • Damage, kills, collected gold, hero level, and run duration now use revised scoring weights.

  • Victories receive a score bonus, while defeated runs receive a reduced result multiplier.

  • Score totals may differ significantly from those produced in version 1.4.0.

Fixes and Improvements

  • Fixed several Settings and navigation issues.

  • Fixed incorrect interaction areas in the ability-selection panel.

  • Fixed level-node positioning on the level-selection screen.

  • Fixed an issue affecting the game-history screen.

  • Improved warning effects and accompanying sound cues.

  • Optimized several large visual assets.

  • Added numerous smaller interface, layout, and presentation fixes.
