Vega Chronicle changes
The recent playtest gave so much helpful feedback and ideas! I've implemented almost all of it; here's what's been done so far that you can expect to see in version 12 in the next playtest:
Complete overhaul of alien civilization behavior
Completely new random event/happiness system
Colony shuttles: claim planets in the same system as your existing colonies
Build queues
Rally points
Techs added to demo: Starbases, Hyper-thrusters, Colony shuttles
Destroyed structures can be repaired
Show the route of the selected fleet in a different color
Removed nexus techs; nexuses are available by default
Play/pause button for game-over graph
Increased missile damage
Changed ancestral virtues available to demo
Added cheat codes for playtesting
Fixed many bugs and crashes
