The monkey business keeps on coming in 2026 as the team hits the ground running with this update, along with some exciting announcements to kick-off the year!
Firstly, The Tea Division will be participating in a few Steam events over the coming months, so keep an eye out for the dedicated posts on these in the near future. In addition to these events, throughout the year, players will also be seeing a steady release of brand new Units and Actions to existing Factions! Excitingly, all the Units boast mechanics never seen in-game before and are sure to add a fresh new twist to gameplay and strategies.
With that being said, it brings the team great joy to introduce players to the very first of the aforementioned new Units...the Cairn Monkey!
This cheeky chimp gains an attack buff in Zones that possess 'Cairn' modifiers, as well as making modifiers trigger again if they're in the Zone when claiming it! Opponents will be in double trouble with this aggressive ape bouncing around the board.
Keeping in theme with the monkey jokes, the list of bug-fixes is outright bananas, so rather than your usual summary, you can check the full details listed after the sign-off below.
