changedAlthough the game is almost in a functioning state and theoretically, a player maybe able to beat the game, there is much work to be done. The general mechanics are most of the way working and a complete route is just shy of existing. Some of these features or functions may not be accessible in the demo as they will only occur after the events of the demo. The game will still take time to develop to allow for many diverse builds to be viable, balancing and of course bug fixing. Below are some of the areas where the game has been improved.
addedA unique encounter:The hunts are set to be random and unique while interacting with villagers and hunters based upon previous interactions with the world. In order to prevent it from feeling to repetitive, a unique encounter was added that is entirely random. A new unique hunter has been added that is not only stronger but can disengage from the fight and leave you wounded and empty handed.
changedImproved attributes:Many players assumed that attributes contributed to the players damage in some way. This hasn't been the case up until now. To further diversify the builds available, attributes will now directly give bonuses to weapons. The catch is that while knives and daggers scale with your dexterity, swords and axes will not (they will scale with strength instead). All weapons will still have a dexterity requirement in order to equip but only some will benefit directly from that attribute.
changedPlayer portraits:Player portraits are limited in quantity as it hasn't been the highest in priority. Soon more portraits will become available to allow players to pick that vampire appearance the really speaks to them
