V-Racer Hoverbike changes
We are very close to releasing a major update for the game. This update will contain all the stuff we developed for the Quest version launching on june 26. We will have a separate post to highlight what's new.
But before that, we need to verify that the game works with all XR controllers. We have tested with the following controllers:
Oculus Rift/Reift S controllers
Meta Quest2/3 controllers
HTC VIVE wands
If you have controllers not listed above and would like to help us validate them, please answer to this post. As we are now using OpenXR, most controllers should be supported in terms of triggers/thumbsticks/buttons, but we have seen that hand alignment may vary from one controller type to another. That's why we need you to make sure hands are properly aligned for you in the game.
To check that your controllers will work in the game, download this tool: VRacer Calibrator
This is an executable that you can launch on your PC with your headset plugged-in, and it will guide you through the two minutes process. For any questions related to controllers, please ask in this thread.
