addedUtopos build 1.04 adds a region selection, which is important for match-making. The way Utopos works is that the game is spread over multiple regional master servers. There's one in Europe, two in the US, one in Japan, etc. When you're in Utopos, you can only see games happening in the region you are on. If you and your friend are on different region servers, you can't join the same game. This new version adds the ability to change your region, so that you can make sure to match up with friends.
