fixedNew building colors: From now buildings have 3 skins with different colors (standart, green and red). Color fixed to biome and based on random map generator.
fixedFixing of road connection message bug : From now road connection warning displayed only if building can be placed on grid (before this message was shown always when building can not be placed)
