Patch News – January Playtests & Updates

Throughout January, we ran playtests every weekend and released three major patches. A huge thank you to all testers for your feedback, bug reports, and continued support — you played a key role in shaping the game!

Patch 1 – Stability, Fixes & Playtest Improvements

  • Numerous bug fixes across gameplay, items, UI, and backend

  • Corrections to stamina, health orbs, damage numbers, and character effects

  • Fixed movement, collision, and climbing issues

  • Item & equipment fixes (icons, ring saving, duplication issues)

  • Updated Battlefield and Bloodruins UI

  • Added a Performance Challenge with FPS counter in the hub

  • Overall playtest stability and quality improvements

Patch 2 – Inventory, Combat & World Polish

  • Large wave of bug fixes (duplication, crafting, runes, animations, chat, quests)

  • New container inventory window

  • Improved unarmed combat and weapon swapping

  • Fixed magic projectiles and visual effects

  • Visual polish for Bloodruins, Arena of Peaks, and The Edge

  • Improved Extraction mission landscapes

  • More reliable looting, crafting, and inventory management

Patch 3 – Extraction Mode, Social & Performance

  • Extraction Mode now features a fixed extraction timer

  • Automatic matchmaking for Extraction missions

  • New Social System:

    • Online player count

    • Arena / Battlefield activity status

    • Experimental co-op invites for Extraction maps

  • Start of major performance optimization efforts

    • Lumen is now optional and disabled by default

  • Multiple UI and flow fixes (ESC behavior, menus, leaderboards, vendors)

  • Further fixes for inventory and duplication bugs

  • Improved stability and crash handling
