Upwards, Rain! The Post Office of Farewells changes
A new website dedicated to miscellaneous creative works related to Upwards, Rain! was unveiled. Things like individual short stories, dev logs, etc will be posted here! It's launched with a couple dev logs and short stories. This is also the new home of the Upwards, Rain! The Scattered Letters of Vitae comic. You can check it out here!
On the subject of the comic, the second chapter is available to read now on the site!
A voice patch for Upwards, Rain! is on the way! This is a total remastering of the voice over audio and should even out volumes quite a bit.
Rain's Telegram Service, an event where we asked people to send in questions for Rain to answer on social media will finally be happening in December! Sorry to keep you waiting!
Upwards, Rain! Will be receiving support for other languages! This includes Brazilian Portuguese [team: CARAMELOC] and Simplified Chinese [team: Stellar Artificer]!
Beth Pierce, Rain's voice actress, helped show off the latest updates on the Rain plushie as well as the mini print that will be included with it!
And finally, The Upwards, Rain! Artbook was announced!
It's planned to be larger than Twofold's artbook and on top of the usual content also include things like cipher-based puzzles that will help you learn the fantasy language Alchema! On top of this, the artbook is half of a story called Reflections of the Chronicler. The artbook is written from the perspective of Sulien, a new character to the Upwards, Rain! world. While half of her story will be told in the artbook itself, the other half will be an additional in-game scenario where you explore the village of Vitae outside of the post office and learn more about the world!
