Hello Space Exploration Enthusiasts!
This July was super-exciting month with 3 launches to Mars. I described them in more detail in my previous post. However, I was super-anxious, as no one can be 100% sure if some launch is not going to fail for some reason. And hey, space is not forgiving.
But hooray, all 3 spacecrafts were successfully placed into their trajectories with destination Mars by their respective carrier rockets. Chronologically (on the image from left to right), Hope spacecraft of United Arab Emirates by Japanese H-IIA rocket, Chinese Tianwen-1 spacecraft by Long March 5 rocket, and Perseverance rover with Ingenuity helicopter drone by US Atlas V rocket.

We can say, every one of those 3 Mars missions is now at middle of its journey. Another difficult part will come when they'll arrive to Mars, as they will have to perform several difficult maneuvers (placing themselves into Mars orbit, landing, vehicles deployment). Arrival to Mars is planned on February, 2021. So see you in February with next Mars missions debriefing!
