I've been reading all the feedback from the demo very closely, and one thing became pretty clear:

The game needs to get weirder.

Players want more build variety, more synergies, more rewards, and more opportunities to create completely broken ships that somehow survive far longer than they should.

The feedback has been incredibly helpful, and a lot of it is already shaping the next major update.

Unfortunately, after hearing all of this, Hjorti decided he needed to "help." Fuck...

I played Undockable for another hour.

And you know what?

It's boring as fuck.

Seriously.

I strapped a dozen modules onto myself... and five minutes later I couldn't tell where I was, where the turret was, where the frog was, or where the fuck my own ass had gone.

AND THAT'S IT?

I thought there'd be more crazy shit.

So I went to the developer and told him:

"Either you make this game ten times more unhinged, or I'm taking a dump inside your PC."

For some reason, he agreed.

So yeah, a big update is coming soon.

  • More synergies.

  • More gambling addiction.

  • More rewards.

  • More reasons to attach one more random piece of bullshit because it's fun as hell.

  • More moments where you say, "Alright, now I'm OP," and 20 seconds later some cosmic abomination blows you to pieces.

Anyway...

I'm doing everything I can to make sure you never have a personal life again.

With love,

Your unbelievably handsome and absolutely perfect Hjorti Those are such kind words-they actually brought me to tears. Anyway, I’m currently working on a major update to the demo version, and I hope it will be available soon.

As soon as it’s ready, I’ll publish a full list of changes detailing everything that’s been updated.

In the meantime, I’d really love to continue collaborating with the community on this crazy project. If you haven’t already, try out the demo, add Undockable to your wishlist, and join the discussion. Your feedback has already helped improve the game and is directly shaping what comes next.
