[Patch Notes] QoL Improvements & Achievement Bug Fixes

Undo / Redo Fast-Forward Holding down the Undo or Redo keys now triggers the action at 2x speed. Reset Animation Skip Resetting via the R key now skips the teleport and bug effect animations.
