Undead Onslaught changes
Update 1.3.5 Talent Tree Vision & Deep Dives
Before we delve into specifics, here’s the overall vision for 1.3.5 ’s talent trees: Typically, First Row talents modify your basic weapon, Fourth Row talents focus on class mechanics, and damage-type talents now appear much earlier for greater build flexibility.
---
🧙♂️ Warlock Aphorius Hellheart
We’ve revamped Aphorius’s entire tree:
First Row now empowers your Imps! New and reworked talents let Imps deal Fire or Blood damage alongside their Dark damage.
Second Row centers on Beholders, which can now specialize in Frost damage if you choose.
Third Row focuses on Hellguards. The Demonic Arsenal overhaul adds a Physical damage type and grants a variety of weapons with each summon.
Fourth Row is dedicated to Call of the Abyss, with older talents moved here and enhanced, plus powerful new effects that synergize with all damage types.
---
🏹 Varkath the Defiant
- First RowBarbed Arrows now infuse all unique abilities with Blood damage. Don’t worry—if you prefer the Physical-only Slaughter build, it’s still available.
Second Row empowers his dash skill, adding selectable damage types and new interactive effects.
Third Row enhances pet builds: - Lone Wolf: Grants massive power when forgoing your pet, with extra bonuses if no First or Second Row talents are chosen.
Second Chance: Now allows multiple pet revives.
Double Trouble: Summon a second pet with significant offensive buffs.
---
🔨 Taurok Rocksmash
First Row adds either Fire to basic attacks...
...or Shock damage
Second Row focuses on Impale: - Magma Eruption: Adds Fire damage and grants stacking bonuses when stationary.
Thunder Stomp: Greatly boosts Impale’s AoE and adds Shock damage.
Fourth Row enhances his Rage mechanic with bonuses tied to each damage type.

👀 And More Villains!
While we promised smaller-scale changes for Dark Ascendant and Forgotten, we ended up giving touch-ups to every Villain. Here are some sneak peeks:
There's more!
...and more!
...and even more!
....and even more-er more!
