adjustments

Hope everyone is enjoying th egame. I have made some adjustments including:

• Easier to see through Censored font to help people see and navigate menu.

• explosive blast does slightly more damage at the start of blast.

• speed up item lasts longer now.

• Hologram now can take additional damage.

• Additional text when you are able to purchase extra lives explaining you must press action button.
