Loading Screens, Leaderboard & Visual Rework Patch — Live Now

This update adds new self-made loading screens, improves leaderboard stability during crashes/disconnects, and includes a major visual rework of the lighting setup in the Lobby and Stage 1.

🎨 New Loading Screens

  • Replaced previous loading screens with self-made loading screens

  • Goal: move further away from AI-generated content and strengthen the game’s own visual identity

🏆 Leaderboard Stability Improvements (Crash/DC Safety)

  • Added a method where every boss kill creates a leaderboard entry as a checkpoint → progress is less likely to be lost if the game crashes

  • Added reconnect logic for the leaderboard → after a disconnect, it reconnects to the player so runs are less likely to fail/not count
