Ultra Cop changes
Quick update to address (attempts to at least) some stupid issues that I missed or caused.
Changelog:
Attempted to fix resolution resetting bug within Windowed Mode
Added a Resolution scaler in the Video Settings to reduce perceived resolution
Removed forced internal Anti-Aliasing unless it is toggled in Video Settings
Fixed particle effects on Support Enemies
Increased Sparks incendiary weapon chance to set enemies on fire (33% likely now)
Fixed Sparks off-center aiming to shoot where crosshair is pointing
The resolution reset problem was a pain to circumvent. This bug has been with Unity for a VERY long time, from what I can tell. I used a very hacky solution to force the engine to respect the selected Resolution when in Windowed mode. It works, but it's not pretty. If you wanted to break the game by messing with the setting and view modes, you most likely could. I never intended to have Ultra Cop be played outside Exclusive Fullscreen, but the ability to toggle to Windowed mode is still enabled for those who want it.
