addedToday's update adds a somewhat hidden feature that enables tooltips for pipes and signals with the name of the color, for people who find the existing colorblind mode to be inadequate. You can turn on this setting by manually editing your config.cfg file and changing EnableColorHints from False to True. The game saves to the following locations:
