addedAmbi bow handlingCurrently our main focus has been on supporting the use of either hand, when holding the bow. We have come very far and expect to have it ready and implemented at the end of this week. (31/07) We have also added more feedback to the bow and weight through vibrations and a more convincing arrow drop.
addedDifficulty & scalingSome of the feedback we are getting involves the difficulty hitting too hard too soon. So we are looking into spreading out the difficulty a bit more to give new players a chance to get a feeling for the game and mechanics. Since multiple waves can be started quickly in succession by the player, these changes won't affect the pacing of the game.

A quick update on what we are currently working on!

Current progress

Ambi bow handling

Currently our main focus has been on supporting the use of either hand, when holding the bow. We have come very far and expect to have it ready and implemented at the end of this week. (31/07) We have also added more feedback to the bow and weight through vibrations and a more convincing arrow drop.

Visual update

We got alot of feedback regarding the visuals of the level being very orange tinted, making it hard to discern the enemies from the background. So we have brightened up, and brought more color to the scene, so it should now be much easier to spot those nasty dragon whelps.

Future plans

Difficulty & scaling

Some of the feedback we are getting involves the difficulty hitting too hard too soon. So we are looking into spreading out the difficulty a bit more to give new players a chance to get a feeling for the game and mechanics. Since multiple waves can be started quickly in succession by the player, these changes won't affect the pacing of the game.

Thoughts & ideas

We have some more ideas for the future in the form of, fun game modes, more advanced enemies, boss types, environmental effects & levels! We are constantly looking for feedback and ideas from the community, so if you have some ideas or wishes for the game, please feel free to let us know, and maybe it might just be done!

Best regards - The dev team
