Demo Update: Interval Mode

We have been cooking up a few new game modes, and have decided to drop one into the demo for everyone to try out!

Interval Mode is like our version of an endless mode, where you progress through harder and harder phrases against a set timer. Completing a phrase earns you extra time (with an extra bonus for a perfect phrase), and highlighted words will earn you bonus time on top of that if you can get through them without any errors. Work your way through as many levels you can before time is up, and see where that lands you on the leaderboards! This already proved fairly competitive in our playtesting, but Nathan was wrecking the rest of the dev team a little too hard. We're adding this in to the demo so that we can get the boards a little more full and have someone actually put up a fight!
