Q: What should I do if achievements won’t unlock or multiplayer doesn’t work?

1. First, check whether your Steam client is on version 23. If not, you’ll need to update Steam.

   

2. If that still doesn’t work, open the folder where Steam is installed, find the steam.cfg file, open it with Notepad, change Enable → able, save the file, then restart Steam and check for updates again to update the Steam client. If Steam crashes while loading user data after making this change, try deleting the hid.dI file, then you should be able to log in again.

Q: My farm disappeared / is missing / only a tiny part of it is visible. What should I do?

Sorry about this. Due to current display resolution adaptation issues, this may happen when entering Simple Mode. We’ll continue improving this in future versions. For now, please try the temporary workarounds below.

First, you can right-click the small tray icon on the taskbar and choose to exit Simple Mode or reset the window.

Alternatively, open Settings. After entering Simple Mode, toggle the Obscured by taskbar / Snap to taskbar options off and on again. This may help restore the farm display.

Q: What should I do if I keep clicking the farm by mistake?

Right-click the small tray icon on the taskbar and enter Do Not Disturb Mode.

After entering Do Not Disturb Mode, the game will enable mouse click-through mode. Mouse clicks will no longer interact with objects in the farm, and dragging/resizing will also be disabled. To exit Do Not Disturb Mode, right-click the small tray icon on the taskbar again.

Q: How do I transfer my demo save and claim the rewards?

Players who have played the demo can enter the game and go to Settings, then click Claim Demo Rewards. Coins from the demo save will be transferred at a 10:1 ratio, up to a maximum of 10,000 coins. You can also reclaim animals that were unlocked in the demo, as well as Heart Grass Seeds, from your mailbox.

Note: You need to claim the demo rewards on the same computer where you played the demo.

Q： Will the game continue to receive updates in the future?

Yes. We plan to complete the Mac version in June, and launch Steam Workshop support in July, allowing players to create custom crops and decorations.

Features already on our schedule include:

• Numpad support for decorating, color customization, custom key bindings;

• Custom furniture sizing and selling;

• Controller support, support for mouse side buttons and middle button;

• Affection status and progress bars in the collection;

• A fix for the conflict between auto launch on startup and Administrator Mode;

• The ability to choose animal statue stages after reaching max level, viewing past orders, custom animal sound effects, and more!

Q: Why doesn’t anything happen when I click the window resize button?

You need to drag the resize button to adjust the window size. We’ll add a related hint in a future version.

Q: How many orders are there? Will there be more orders after I finish them?

There are 7 NPCs in total, and each NPC’s questline includes around 15 orders. After completing all orders from one NPC, one slot will turn into a daily order refresh slot. Daily orders can be refreshed once per day.

After completing all orders, you’ll unlock the Bond of the Seven-Colored Flower achievement.

Q: What is the drop rate for four-leaf clovers? Is there a pity system?

The drop rate for four-leaf clovers is 1 in 5,000, meaning that harvesting clovers 5,000 times has a chance to trigger one four-leaf clover harvest.

If you currently have an order that requires four-leaf clovers, a pity system will be triggered to increase the harvest chance.

Q: Why is my farm muted?

Please check whether the speaker icon in Settings is gray. If it is, click it again. When the speaker turns red, sound output is working normally.

Q: Where can I find the version update logs?

You can view the version update logs in the Steam Community.

Q: Where is one-click feeding?

Please first check whether your game has been updated to version V1.1.16. On the last page of the Decoration Shop, you can find the Big Pot Meal item. After purchasing and placing it, click the Big Pot Meal item to feed all animals currently on the farm.

Q: What is the maximum affection level for animals?

The current maximum affection level for animals is level 6. New items unlocked at level 6 will be added in future updates.

Q: Why can’t I get the cat’s level 4 affection gift?

The cat’s level 4 affection item is linked to the bear. You’ll need to unlock the bear first before you can claim it.

Q: What are the level 4 affection items for the cow and sheep?

The cow’s level 4 affection item is a warehouse skin, and the sheep’s level 4 affection item is a shop skin.

Q: Why hasn’t anyone replied to my mailbox message?

There are currently a lot of messages, so processing may be a bit slow. If you have an urgent issue, such as save data disappearing, rolling back, or failing to load, you can join the player group mentioned in the announcement and message an admin directly. This should help resolve the issue faster.

Tips

• While decorating, long-press the move up / move down buttons to send an item to the very front or very back.

• After purchasing and placing the piano, click the piano to see musical notes appear. You can then press the keys on the A row to play the piano.
