changedFriendly Fire achievement now unlocks from any VS battle with a friend We expanded the Friendly Fire challenge so it now counts in all three ways you might battle a friend:
addedInviting a friend to VS through the Friends screen Joining or hosting an Endless room with a friend Getting paired with a friend in regular Ranked matchmaking If you have battled a friend in any of these modes before and have not received the challenge, finishing one more match with a friend will register it.
changedImportant note on Ranked pairings When you happen to get matched against a friend in Ranked, the match still plays out as a full Ranked match. Your ELO will change as normal and you get full coins. The only thing that changes is the Friendly Fire challenge counter ticks up.
changedIf you intentionally Invite a friend through the Friends screen, that path still uses the existing reduced rewards (half coins, no ELO change). This is unchanged from before.
changedOther small fixes in this patch VS CPU matches now correctly apply the reduced ELO modifier instead of full ranked ELO. Endless room rematches no longer accidentally add wins to your Ranked Bo3 series counter. Time Attack leaderboard submissions now use the correct configured match duration.
