I'm both humbled and mind-blown that Type & Magic has been nominated for the Innovative Outlaw award at BitSummit, Japan's largest independent game festival. It gives me tremendous encouragement that some of my favorite indie games—including Viewfinder, FAITH, Outcore: Desktop Adventure, and Unpacking, to name a few—were nominated in the same category in previous years, and I'm beyond excited to showcase my own game in Kyoto.
