Hey Curators,

The management chaos in Two Point County never sleeps! (… well, except for the Unflapybara, he’s on his sixth nap of the day). We need your immediate attention, Curators, at a brand-new initiative in the County: our very own wildlife sanctuary-slash-museum… a Zooseum, if you will—the latest venture from the notoriously generous and known eccentric, Wiggy Silverbottom. Pack your best khaki shorts and poop scoop, as you embark to the tranquil Silverbottom Park, on the County’s hairiest journey to date, ahead of the full Zooseum release later this winter.

The County’s very own Kudoshillionaire, Wiggy, has, ahem, once again (!!) gotten himself in a spot of trouble with the local council, something to do with chopper licenses (this time). He needs a hand setting up an educational rehabilitation centre for wildlife from the troubled Farflung Isles.

This new museum, which you’ll set up in one of Wiggy’s drafty stately manor parks, is all yours*! Curators (or should we say, keepers?) can now start working up to the first star in Silverbottom Park, as part of the Zooseum Taster! This content is a permanent addition to Two Point Museum’s base game, complete with all its warts and claws.

A (literal) island full of new content awaits, so let’s delve into our highlights! If you want to skip to the full changelist, it’s below.

Zooseum Taster

Gather your best khaki shorts and poop scoop, as you embark on the County’s hairiest journey to date. Fantastic news for you, curators! You can now prepare to be a force for nature early, in anticipation of the whole Zooseum adventure dropping later this winter.

The full Zooseum DLC releases December 2nd for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The Nintendo Switch 2 version will follow in Q1 2026.

The Zooseum free taster content includes:

  • A new museum location, where you’ll set up your Zooseum in the beautiful Silverbottom Park, and explore the campaign up to the first star

  • Discover 3 Points of Interest on the new Expedition Map, Farflung Isles

  • Build two new animal-related rooms

  • Create new workshop items

  • Unlock new decor

  • Rehabilitate three Habitat Animals alongside four Tearrium critters!

  • All other Stars in the campaign and Points of Interest, along with their associated objectives and items, will require the complete Zooseum DLC, which opens later this winter.

To explore the Zooseum campaign and embark to Silverbottom Park, you’ll need to have completed Memento Mile Act 1, our lovely city location. Or if you can’t wait, you can jump into hairy mayhem from the get-go, in sandbox mode.

Quality of Life Changes

New High-Level Curator Class Rewards

We heard you loud and clear, Curators! The well-seasoned explorers amongst you will be glad to hear that new Curator-Class rewards are up for grabs to reward you for your continued efforts in the higher levels of museum management.

These lovely rewards will automatically unlock for those of you who have gone above and beyond in the realm of mayhem management. If you’re working towards your museum legacy, the new rewards are seen at Curator Class 7 and 8.

Aquarium Capacity

For another heavily requested change, the calculations that run under the filter in your Aquariums have been rejigged, which has changed the capacities for fish in your aquariums. We heard from Curators across the County that smaller aquariums were feeling a bit sparse, so while minimum-sized aquariums are not affected, the room size required to reach a capacity of 4 fish and above has been reduced.

Overhaul to the Exhibit Inspector

No longer will you scratch your head, wondering “why oh why are my fish not happy?”! We’ve overhauled the exhibit inspector UI, making everything clearer and easier to grab top-level information quickly. This is especially true for your Polterguest, Marine Life and new Animal Exhibits, where you’ll be able to see what’s bothering them much more easily using the new sub-tabs available, alongside changes to the text and layout.

As usual, this update also comes with a load of bug fixes, improvements and optimisation changes.

Thank you all (again!) for providing feedback, sending us your ideas, reporting bugs and giving us suggestions for new content. If you’d like to send us your thoughts for future content or updates, or show us your fab museums, here’s the place to do that:
