Dear Community,

It’s time to step into the cockpit. We’re opening the first public playtests for S.Y.N.C. – One Mecha, Two Pilots, our upcoming co-op boss-rush where two players share control of a single 40-meter-tall mecha. One pilot wields the left arm, the other the right. Simple, right? Until you try walking in a straight line while a kaiju charges your way…

This first playtest focuses on mastering the fundamentals of piloting as a duo. You would find 2 training rooms where you will learn how to sync with your partner.

Training room #1 - Two Hands, One Staff

Learn how to swing a massive two-handed weapon… together.

  • Both pilots control the same staff, one hand each

  • You can’t move, only focus on coordinated strikes

  • You have 60 seconds to smash as many dummies as possible

  • Hitting shields costs points, so precision matters

Can you beat the dev team’s high score? It's 19500.

Training room #2 - How to move together

Here the focus is on the movement. To move, you need to go in the same directions. You will have to avoid rocks in order to reach the kaiju. What would be your strategy? Remember that communication is key.

  • Both pilots must step in perfect sync to move the mecha

  • Dodge falling rocks while closing in on a rampaging kaiju

  • Communication is your lifeline: talk or tumble

What’s your strategy for staying in sync?

➡️Go playtest the game: [dynamiclink href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/3828950/SYNC__One_Mecha_Two_Pilots/"]We’ll keep improving the game throughout the playtest, and your feedback will be invaluable in shaping it. After each session, you can share your thoughts through the feedback form, or join the conversation with the community on Discord to discuss your experience and ideas.

Suit up, sync up, and let the brawl begin!
