Balance Patch - Minor Fixes and Improvements

• Black money was broken and too powerful as long as the player did not get caught. It is now balanced.

  • It is now added by month instead of by turn.

  • The amount of black money that can be made each month is decreased.

  • It can only be made for a random number of months now and after a year it will stop.

• The amount of money and viewers a show makes each week is balanced.

• The game used to direct the player back to show editor after the player tried to negotiate with a character who had a higher reputation than them. Now it directs the player back to the original offer.

• The characters who are working on a player show are now highlighted on the character list.

• The negotiation panel now has a format text that shows spinbox value in a formatted manner.
