changedTrack how much gym cash you've spent training each boxer (used as investment cap in Discord PvP tournaments) What this means is wealthy gyms cannot just max stat a fighter into a tournament with their infinite cash. Also, you can have better stats within an investment cap by winning fights undertrained and training at a higher level to "catch up", since the stats are cheaper the higher your level. Also Stat stars are more valuable as they give you more stats for cheaper, keeping you under the investment cap.
removedMany perks are now permanent and will no longer be removed by "Reset Perks" These perks are now permanent so you can't exploit the cash and training perks by only equipping them when training then changing for fights. My reasoning is that without the change players who have an obsession with maxing out will be inclined to tediously reset and repick perks every fight. Permanent perks are things that thematically make sense, like "Family Legacy", doesn't ever change. Resettable ones are ones that could reflect training camp changes, like "Inside Fighter". - Legendary - Heavyweight - Lightweight - Middleweight - Friendly - Disciplined - Done Time - Family Legacy - Loyal Fans - Marketable - Ugly - Olympic Medal - Scary AF - Long Reach - Solid Chin - Lungs of Steel - Glory in Death - Killer Instinct

Changes:

  • Track how much gym cash you've spent training each boxer (used as investment cap in Discord PvP tournaments)

    • What this means is wealthy gyms cannot just max stat a fighter into a tournament with their infinite cash. Also, you can have better stats within an investment cap by winning fights undertrained and training at a higher level to "catch up", since the stats are cheaper the higher your level.

    • Also Stat stars are more valuable as they give you more stats for cheaper, keeping you under the investment cap.

  • Show total amount invested on the Manage and Training pages

  • Boxers that existed before this update show "???" for amount invested instead of a misleading $0 or lower invested amount. (These fighters will not be allowed in future tournaments)

  • Many perks are now permanent and will no longer be removed by "Reset Perks"

These perks are now permanent so you can't exploit the cash and training perks by only equipping them when training then changing for fights. My reasoning is that without the change players who have an obsession with maxing out will be inclined to tediously reset and repick perks every fight. Permanent perks are things that thematically make sense, like "Family Legacy", doesn't ever change.
