  • You can now adjust your own mayoral candidates' names. (Yes, not a DLC-only feature.)

  • Bad rally will result in 1.5% vote lose within the province while successfull rally will cause 2.5% increase and perfect rally will cause 4% increase. (It was -0.5%, 3.1%, 4.1% earlier.)

  • Ban Abortion Act now affects population growth of the provinces. If it is active, population growth will be decrease by 30%.
