Hello Drivers! It has been a little bit, but we are back! Welcome to our fifth Feature Preview! The focus of today's preview is looking at the brand new vehicle wheels and showing off the brand new brake overheat simulation! Additionally we want to talk a bit about the final items we are completing before release, it is coming very soon! Lets unpack!!

addedHello Drivers! It has been a little bit, but we are back! Welcome to our fifth Feature Preview ! The focus of today's preview is looking at the brand new vehicle wheels and showing off the brand new brake overheat simulation! Additionally we want to talk a bit about the final items we are completing before release, it is coming very soon! Lets unpack!!
addedWe have been hard at work on vehicle exterior redesigns! What better way to start it off then to show the band new wheels for vehicles & trailers. These new wheels not only look shiny and sleek, but are crucial for the new brake overheat simulation ! Wheel colliders are now much more realistic for better physics immersion. Additionally with the new wheels brings new damage! Be careful and make sure to drive carefully or some of your vehicle might pop off!
addedBrake overheat simulation is here! Vehicles and trailers now have proper brake simulation allowing brakes to overheat and affect vehicle physics! We tried to make this feature simulate as close to reality as possible! As you slam on your brakes down a hill, be careful to not overheat the brakes and lose braking power. Up to 75% of braking power can be lost due to overheating. Along with our physics improvements shown before, we are very happy with the new levels of realism we have created for our vehicles!
addedTrailers have gotten all the same treatment with brand new wheels and brake overheat simulation!
changedUpdate 1.02 is nearing completion! We will have one final Feature Preview for Update 1.02. Currently we are working on re-modeling some of our truck exteriors and remaking some of our lighting patterns for heavy truck trailers. We look forward to showing those off to you soon! Here is a small teaser of our improved Man model! Check out a video showcase of the highlighted features here:
