Love is in the air (and under the ground) as the Heckbug romantic season returns to Trove, from February 05 at 11:00 AM UTC until February 19 at 11:00 AM UTC.
This year, the celebration is buzzing with extra excitement. Two cheerful new representatives from H.E.C.K. (Helpers of Exotic Creatures… for Karma!) have arrived in the Hub, and they’re calling on Trovians to lend a hand, or a claw, in preserving the endangered Heckbug population.
Help ’em or hunt ’em? Why not both?
At first, it’s all about love. Head into the Geode Caves to help the Heckbugs find mates and build their numbers. But don’t get too cozy, because an old friend returns. The Heckbug Hunter is back, and they’ve got some serious concerns about this whole “Heckbug explosion” situation.
That’s right: some Heckbugs are just too heckin’ much. Soon, you’ll be switching gears from matchmaking to heck’mashing.
Earn New Rewards!
Whether you’re a helper or a hunter (or both), you’ll collect unique materials throughout the event. Use them to craft new event collectibles, unlock special items, and prove that love can be complicated — but totally worth it.
So, grab your cubes and get ready to dive into a season of chaos, cuddles, and critters.
