fixedAll Classes: * 1% chance to parry for every 60 points of Strength (40 before). * 1% spell critical strike chance for every 25 points of Wisdom (30 before). * 12 maximum health for every point of Constitution (10 before). * 1 Spell Damage and Healing for every 6 points of Wisdom (8 before). * Off-hand weapon attacks are now separate combat events. * Haste has diminishing returns after around 50%. Paladin: * Vindicate damage is now based on Attack Power instead of Spell Damage and has reduced mana cost. * Piercing Strike and Exorcism have reduced mana cost. * Divine Smite does more damage and has reduced mana cost. * Holy Storm does additional damage and has reduced mana cost. * Reckoning now deals Holy damage, has increased bonus damage, and applies a stacking debuff that increases Holy damage taken. * Bonus threat from Holy Reflection increased greatly. * Oath of Protection threat bonus increased from 150% to 200%. * Increased damage and threat bonus of Consecrate. * Guardian Angel now scales with Healing. Priest: * Increased damage bonus from Improved Spiritual Crisis. * Spiritual Crisis, Smite, Creeping Guilt, Dragon Crush, and Condemnation deal more damage. * Eternal Shine increases stats by 4% instead of 2%. * New ability Counterkick unlocked by talent. * Dragon Breath now instant damage to target and damage-over-time to nearby enemies. Sorcerer: * Void Blast deals more damage and gives caster a stacking buff that increases all Arcane damage. * Increased mana cost of Arcane Missile and Void Blast. * Void Blade Storm and Wizard strike deal more damage. * Doubled the amount of Attack Power sorcerers get from each point of Strength and Dexterity. * New talent Shielded By Strength makes Power Shield absorb additional damage based on Strength. Fighter: * Shield Crush damage is now based on Block Value instead of Attack Power and has greatly increased bonus threat. * Bash threat bonus increased from 150% to 200%. * Each stack of Ferocity increases critical strike chance by 5% instead of 10%. Witch: * Heal Demon now scales off Spell Damage instead of Healing. * Increased mana cost of Witch Bolt and Curse of Corruption. * All demon and undead minion attacks and spells now scale off Spell Damage. * Cooldown of Pain and Suffering reduced by 1 second. Issues Fixed: * Server stability improved. * Fixed bug that prevented demo players from entering some maps. * You can no longer steal fish from other players. * Chests in heroic difficulty dungeons now has max level loot. For real this time. * Sorting by level in /who results and guild member list works correctly. * Fixed bug that could cause you to be in combat after respawning. Other Changes: * Target Dummies are level 30 instead of level 1. Note that this affects physical damage taken due to armor. * Potions and elixirs are now classified as consumables on the auction house.
