Version changelog:
In "sell resources" missions, only ask for resources that are available in player's colonies
"Kill pirate" mission also counts as succeeded if the target is killed or captured by other country
For "explore ruins" missions reveal unexplored ruins near player settlements
Increased time to complete missions (+20% more turns)
Limit trade with natives to simulate limited trade goods
Prevent native settlements or AI colonies to be built over ruins
