New drone mission and new item - battery

• New drone item type - battery and new mission type - battery delivery. Battery has bonus to stats and charges, charge is used on transfer

• New feature 'Spare parts' - 2x WP reward chance from delivery

• New feature '1%' - Additional battery charges

• 9 higher level features

• Reward trageting system, now it's bonus to Damage with higher value

• Change default button for export info to f11, you can customize it now in game starter

• Drone and sentinel added to hard reset

• Autotransfer log entries (timer or boss retry)

• Fix badabum feature, now it has initial mult = 1
