addedAdded the Capacitor Charge per unity to saved game data. The lack of that data being restored caused the phase emitter to no longer function even though it had a charge. Hopefully this patch reaches everyone before the version fix. If you are still having a problem you must install the Phase Emitter in the Gateway Device in The Heart Of Electrics and get a new one. Sorry for the inconvenience.
