Minor Fix Update

-Fixed a bug where windows on the 4000 series (Updated) would sometimes appear pink. -Fixed an issue where the brake release sound would not play when "Other Cab Sounds" volume was set to 0. -Fixed a bug on the Shin-Nozaki departure board where a 34-minute deadhead (out-of-service) train was incorrectly displayed during the operation of train 1699C. -Adjusted the passing time for train 771 at Enohara Signal Base to be 5 seconds later.

*Original text(Japanese)* 一部修正のアップデート ・4000更新車で窓がピンクになることがある不具合を修正しました。 ・「その他運転台音量」を0にしたらブレーキ緩解音が流れなくなる不具合を修正しました。 ・新野崎の発車標で1699C運転時、34分発の回送が表示されている不具合を修正しました。 ・771列車の江ノ原信号場通過時刻を5秒遅く変更しました。
