Minor Update with Fixes

-Fixed an issue where train 786 could not proceed when starting from Enohara Station. -Fixed an issue where the departure announcement at Shinnozaki platform 3 would sometimes play too late. -Adjusted the timing of the departure signal bell cue. -Changed the shape of the upbound home signal at Akayama-cho Station. -Reverted the air horn sound to its original version.
