Most of the game content was created by team members in their spare time outside of studies. As time passed... nearly all of our core members have gradually entered working life, and we no longer have the same level of passion and energy to devote to this fan creation as we did in the past.
addedA: Playtime will vary depending on individual playstyles. The full version will feature four playable characters. For players focused on exploring all story endings for each character, we estimate an average of at least 10 hours of playtime. We also plan to add more game objectives in the full version (not limited to collecting all endings and clearing the existing four difficulty levels). We also encourage players to leverage powerful systems and their own ingenuity to gradually challenge higher difficulties. If the game wins your favor, playtime may increase significantly~ ❤

Please allow us to first offer our sincere apologies—for the past six months, we have been focusing primarily on iterating the full version content, so there has been limited progress information we could share publicly at this time. We ask for your understanding!

However—while developing the full version content, we also discovered many shortcomings in the current demo version. We devoted significant effort to readjusting the performance style and details of many danmaku patterns in the first three stages, and implemented numerous experience optimizations throughout the game. Additionally, we need to update everyone on our development plans and current status, such as how much content has been created recently, what stage the game is at now; exactly how much content the full version will contain; when the full version will be released... and more.

Um, first of all... the Unreachable Oneiroborder team was formed in 2018 by a group of students driven by shared interest. Most of the game content was created by team members in their spare time outside of studies. As time passed... nearly all of our core members have gradually entered working life, and we no longer have the same level of passion and energy to devote to this fan creation as we did in the past.

Moreover, our quality standards have become increasingly high, so the game has undergone many iterations over these 8 years. Take danmaku alone—each Boss has at least two complete rounds of danmaku iteration. In June 2025, we began the third round of danmaku iteration. However... this is because aside from danmaku design, other aspects had fallen too far behind—redesigning character portraits, significantly iterating and refining the game's story, optimizing various details throughout the game, and so on. The bulk of this work fell upon our lead producer, so our danmaku designer figured they couldn't stay idle and not contribute, thus beginning the third round of danmaku iteration. Other team members also take advantage of free time to discuss various opinions and continue optimizing progress.

A: The full version will have 7 stages total, including the 3 stages already available in the demo. The progression will differ from traditional Touhou danmaku games. The full version will not include an Extra stage; instead, Stage 6 will feature branching routes with completely different content and styles.
