Issues and Solutions on the First Day of the Trial Version

Below are the common questions and answers we summarized on the first day of the trial version.

😡Why can't I unlock the Lunatic difficulty? Please long press ↑ on the difficulty selection panel. We realize that this operation is counter-intuitive, and we will adjust the unlocking logic in the future.

👀Why does the game show a white screen and then crash? It is most likely that your computer does not support Vulkan. Please update your graphics card drivers (Nvidia, AMD, and Intel graphics cards need to find their respective drivers), then visit the LunarG Vulkan SDK official website to download and install the Vulkan SDK. No additional options need to be selected during installation. After installation, press Win+R, type cmd, and press Enter. Execute the vulkaninfo command. If you can see the Vulkan version number and a large amount of text pops up, it means your computer now supports Vulkan.

💥What should I do if the game reports an error? We have fixed some issues that could cause errors, but some bugs still exist. If you encounter an error, please continue to provide feedback to us: take a screenshot and share it in the community along with the steps to reproduce the issue.

🌃I entered the tutorial, and then the game screen went black. What should I do? This issue cannot be stably reproduced, but we have roughly located the problem and will work on fixing it in the next few days. Generally, restarting the game should resolve it.

🤔What can I try if I encounter a problem? Update your graphics card drivers. Restart your computer. Uninstall and re-download the game. Exit the game, delete the setting file and all files in the save folder in the game's root directory, then start the game.
