Touhou: Gensokyo Survivors is now Open Source!

The past year and a half have been incredible, I never thought that I would be able to release a game commercially and see the level of success that TGS has achieved. There has been a lot of questions about the future of TGS, unfortunately I'm fully committed to my next game and I don't have time to work more on TGS. So I've decided to hand the project off to you, the community! You can now download all of the source files for the game on my Github page and make your own mods for the game! Just be sure to read the attached license for the project, the only major stipulation being that any redistribution of the game's files must also be open source (and contain the same license), otherwise you're free to develop modified versions of the game and redistribute them.

It's also important to note that this was my first commercially released game, as such the source files are a mess. I think that it would be more useful for most people to spend their time redeveloping this style of game from scratch, but I won't stop you if you want to try to mod or refactor TGS. I don't have any issue with someone using my art assets to recreate a similar game, though if you want to use the music you will need to contact @_nownoir for permission.
