A Delayed Discount, Apologies.

Hello! This announcement comes from a small error, I had meant initially to set the game on a 20% sale upon the release of the Chinese language. Unfortunately, my internet router suddenly broke yesterday, luckily after most of the release work was complete, and was only fixed as of some minutes ago. Due to this, I could not actually access Steam's interface until now to trigger the discount. I apologize if anyone had already bought the game for the new event and could not benefit from the new discount. I have increased the sale slightly in compensation for the delay. Also, as a small note, the achievements were not localized, which is now fixed. Thank you for your patience.
