What's Changed?
This update includes but is not limited to the following changes/additions/fixes:
Fixed: Plugins could not add custom NPCs.
Fixed: Incorrect sliding block (eg. teflon) collision.
Fixed: Mods not installing in certain cases.
Fixed: Texture Pack dropdown going offscreen in certain cases.

Fixed: String seeds changing after game reload.
Fixed: Inventory screens breaking on season change.
Fixed: Spectating now shows NPCs around other players.

Workshop Support
This public beta has support for the Steam Workshop, you can upload mods by clicking "Upload" in the mod info screen, and upload worlds by dragging them onto the upload button in the world browser menu.
