Titanium Court is pleased to announce a number of renovations following its grand opening last week. A summary of these changes can be found below.

Bug Fixes:

  • Corrected an issue where Her Majesty reacts to thealleged reappearance of the "toll road" despite having yet to encounter any tolls.

  • A rare intrusive thought involving the pumpkin and the storage unit has been suppressed.

  • Robin's calculator was known to malfunction in the presence of extreme heat. This flaw in its engineering has now been addressed in a recent software update.

  • A later scene where Her Majesty attempts to leave after previously losing a duel with her enemy has been updated to take into account that, excuse me, Her Majesty may have had MULTIPLE duels and she may have even WON some of them, thankyouverymuch.

  • Corrected an issue where a certain someone occasionally failed to highlight their portrait sprite properly while speaking, how embarrassing for them.

  • Corrected an issue where Her Majesty makes plans involving her steward despite fully understanding that her steward no longer possesses the capacity to be any part of such plans. Did she forget?

  • Corrected an issue where Her Majesty claims to remember something that almost certainly never happened.

  • Corrected an issue where the Bloodsucker job continued to heal the Court even after the Court's defeat, adding a kind of insult to injury.

  • Corrected an issue where the Dragon job declined to flash when it was actively earning money.

  • Corrected an issue where the journal occasionally forgot which save slot the player was using and decided to arbitrarily and occasionally erroneously return them to slot 1. Rude!

  • Corrected an issue where a single arrow could still fell the Court despite the battle having paused due to an exciting discovery.

  • Corrected an issue where Her Majesty's tooltip believed "temendous" to be the correct spelling for "tremendous".

  • Corrected an issue where Puck knows Her Majesty's name despite never learning it.

  • Corrected an issue where if Her Majesty performs a rare and dramatic "double"-betrayal of her poor steward, she is only forced to endure the consequences of a single betrayal.

  • Corrected an issue where it was possible to receive a duplicate of certain cards from chests, allowing for a number of additional issues when those duplicates were sold.

  • Corrected an issue where a musical performance would abruptly end when a new audio device was plugged in. Now the game will pause after such an occurrence to allow the new audio device to get appropriately situated.

  • Corrected an issue where the option to go to bed at night was not available despite there being no other methods of proceeding to the next day except the "Restart" option in the pause menu.

  • Corrected an issue where The Leviathan overreacted to the use of fire vs. its tentacles.

  • Corrected an issue where Vanity mirrors would copy the damage inflicted by the reverse philosopher's stone without also copying the wealth obtained by such a bargain. Now the wealth should also be appropriately copied, producing a potent and dangerous combo.

  • Corrected an issue where Her Majesty and her heir were capable of sharing a birthday, causing much confusion among members of the Court.

  • Corrected an issue of the UTMOST importance where a line consisting of "* ...." was mistakingly printed as "* ..."

  • Corrected an issue where Her Majesty behaved as if she never encountered Puck's dressing room despite previously doing so.

  • Corrected an issue where the Leviathan did not properly respect the sanctity of the undo button as far as offerings are concerned.

  • Corrected an issue where the wrong Admiral fires upon the Court.

  • Corrected an issue where a wager preventing the Court from gaining resources during High Tide also prevented the Court from LOSING resources during High Tide, allowing for an otherwise impossible "free lunch" to make an appearance.

  • Corrected an issue where Her Majesty was prevented from leaving through no fault of her own and no plot of her enemy.

  • Corrected an issue where the Curse of War could not be completed under rare circumstances concerning a broken shower.

Gameplay Tweaks:

  • The "barb" card claimed to take absorb damage meant for your Court, yet refused to report its shields through the standardized bureaucratic process used by every other card. As such, it has lost its license to absorb damage and its resource cost has been adjusted to reflect this change.

  • Management has taken note of the fact that the storage unit would frequently play hooky despite serving an essential role in certain late-game proceedings. The unit has received a thorough talking to and promises to make additional appearances as necessary.

  • The schemes of Her Majesty's enemy have been slightly expedited in certain situations to keep pace with precocious players.

  • Copies of the Dragon and Diregoats made by the Mirror now no longer pass the damage they receive along to their Court, meaning fewer surprising defeats will occur as a result of this strategy. To maintain consistency, the Dragon card has also been adjusted to no longer pass its damage along to the Court and the Dragon's resource cost has been increased to compensate for the removal of this weakness.

  • Use of the "Restart" feature in the pause menu has been restricted to prevent it from being used in situations that might cause inconsistencies in Her Majesty's recollection of events.

Features:

  • An additional option to disable "Fast Animations" has been added to the accessibility section of the options menu. The animations enabled/disabled by this toggle are the UI animations on the main menu and the page turn animation that occurs as dialogue proceeds.
