Tinykin changes
Hi everyone!
It’s time for another Tinykin devlog where we show and tell you more about our upcoming game and all the tiny bits and pieces we think you’ll enjoy knowing!
In this episode, Romain and Marie will talk about Tinykin’s storylines and missions. They will also give you a little tour around the house and introduce you to some of the inhabitants Milo will encounter on his journey. So without further ado, let’s dive straight into it!

Meet the locals!
In Tinykin, each room of the house represents its own town with unique inhabitants, atmosphere, culture and stories to tell. You can also interact and talk to every character you see! Here are just a few of the local townsfolk you’ll meet in the game.
Exploring the house
To help Milo get home, you have to assemble a mysterious travel machine, the parts of which have been scattered and hidden around the house. In order to get one of them, you’ll need to lend a helping hand to the local townsfolk in need and solve a difficult task. Let’s take a look at one of the new rooms that we haven’t shown before and talk more about one of these missions.
Save the Foam Festival in the Bathroom
The Bathroom is one of many rooms that you’ll venture on finding parts of the machine. This is home to the community of dung-beetles who have found themselves in the predicament of the foam festival. If you’re to help the insects in need, the mayor of the town will hand over one of the components for the travel machine and you’ll be able to continue your journey through the house.
In order to do that, try to find your way to the very top of the shelf! Look around and collect as many tinykin as possible. Remember, they differentiate by colour and can help you overcome different obstacles. Once you’ve made it to the top, push the bubbles and become the local hero!
But that’s not all. Each room is full of additional side quests that Milo can complete. For example In the Living Room, Milo can save an ant trapped inside a piano, or prove the existence of a monster under the TV.
You’ll also meet characters who travel between towns, like Sikaru - the wandering winemaker, who needs pollen from every room to build a winery. Or a postal service that will need Milo’s help on delivering letters around the house!
Once you unlock a new room in the house, you can always come back to them later to do more missions. Some quests only become available on your second visit! And that’s all we have for you today! We hope you’ll enjoy meeting every character and discovering hidden stories in the world of Tinykin. Next time we’ll talk more about the game's music, voices and sound design, so we look forward to seeing you again!
