Devlog: Storage Chests and Enterable Tents

Hey everyone, It's been too long since I've given an update on where this game is and I promise it is still very much on the way. I've been busy with other work as well as planning and designing the rest of the game.

changedThis past week I implemented the very obvious thing missing in the demo, chests. You will be able to craft and place chests anywhere to be able to store more than the space on your protector.
changedAdditionally you will be able to upgrade yours and chests inventory space (the size shown in the screenshot and in demo is just the starting size).

It's been too long since I've given an update on where this game is and I promise it is still very much on the way. I've been busy with other work as well as planning and designing the rest of the game. I hope to be able to get back to working on the game over the next couple months and announce an early access date.

This past week I implemented the very obvious thing missing in the demo, chests. You will be able to craft and place chests anywhere to be able to store more than the space on your protector.

Additionally you will be able to upgrade yours and chests inventory space (the size shown in the screenshot and in demo is just the starting size).

Additionally when implementing interactable objects like this, I made tents enterable! There will be multiple types of enterable structures craftable and discoverable.

You can take a look at how some of this was done in the latest devlog on my YouTube channel. I will do my best from here on out to provide updates in the form of devlogs here and on YouTube. Check it out:

Talk to you all again soon,

Cole
