Dear Islanders,
To make life on the island smoother and more comfortable, we’ve rolled out a new update with a series of optimizations and fixes. This update focuses on performance improvements, better controls, and a calmer visual and audio experience.
🛠️ Performance & Stability Improvements
Improved movement performance for residents, including penguins and ducks, resulting in smoother behavior
Improved performance when using crops that throw Ascension Particles
Fixed performance issues caused by crystal overflow
Reduced the volume of frequently triggered sound effects for a quieter island experience
🗺️ Controls & Interaction Improvements
Improved the island expansion experience:
Fixed inaccurate mouse selection during expansion
Improved clarity of expansion range indicators
Fixed an issue where crops could occasionally float and fail to reset when moved in batches
🌱 Gameplay & Balance Adjustments
Significantly increased the crystal capacity of all Smiling Fruits
Reduced the frequency of visual effects that appeared too often and interfered with visibility
Slightly reduced the movement speed bonus gained from resident upgrades to maintain a more relaxed pacing
