Tiny Eden changes
The Tiny Eden Demo is here, and we’d like to welcome you back to our cozy apartment (and garden) to try out the next step for the game!
This new demo builds on the previous playtest (if you need to catch up on what the playtest included, check it out here) and includes significantly more content for you to enjoy, including more plant varieties, new story-driven quests, an open trading post, new crafting recipes, and new skills and progression options.
This demo is especially important for us because it gives players a much bigger look at what Tiny Eden is becoming. So, we would love to hear what feels good, what feels confusing, and what you think still needs work.
What’s included in the demo?
More plant varieties
The demo includes more plant varieties than the previous playtest, giving you more to grow, care for, harvest, and use as you build up your apartment garden.
2 to 3 hours of story-driven quests
We’ve added 2 to 3 hours of story-driven quests to help introduce more of Tiny Eden’s world, characters, and progression.
These quests are designed to give the demo a stronger sense of direction while still letting you enjoy the cozy flow of growing plants, improving your space, and helping your little corner of the city come to life.
Open trading post in the Atrium
The trading post in the Atrium is now open. This gives you a new place to trade and interact with the wider world of Tiny Eden as you continue growing, crafting, and progressing through the demo.
New crafting recipes
The demo also includes new crafting recipes, giving you more ways to use what you grow and collect.
New skills and progression options
We’ve added new skills and progression options to give players more ways to develop their playstyle and improve their apartment garden over time.
Steam Deck support
Important: The Tiny Eden demo does not officially support the Steam Deck. There is a chance that it may work, but we have NOT made any Steam Deck optimisations yet.
