Hey everyone, we've just got the next update ready which fixes bugs we introduced in the update on Sunday and we're excited to have included some new features and content as well, that did not quite make it for the last update, including Tarts, Pancakes, and the ability to open/close your bakery temporarily whenever you want.

Features

  • You can now open and close your bakery during the day to have more time for preparing, decorating, or whatever else you want. Just use the lever near the door to open/close the window.

  • New Recipe: Pancakes

  • New Recipes: Strawberry Tart and Apple Tart

  • Some of the new recipes are now unlocked by letter, allowing us to add more lore in the future

  • Added a spoon that stirs your pot for you

Changes

  • Improved item drag behaviour, which should stop them from clipping into or through surfaces

  • Made it so the build mode storage ui can be minimized

  • Cash register can now be bought, moved and rotated

  • Strawberries and apples can now be stored in the fruit basket

  • Improvements to the experimental first person mode (Settings > Gameplay)

  • Added a tooltip to the build mode toolbox for clarity

  • Unpacking furniture or decoration now enters build mode. This will become a setting in the next update, but should lead to less confusion for some players.

Fixes

  • Fixed font issue in connection to special characters in some places in the UI

  • Fixed strawberry ice cream recipe issues

  • Fixed some items having wrong icons, including milk and some combinations of mixtures

  • Fixed plants beeing rotated in a weird way on purchase

  • Fixed some incorrect texts

  • Fixed the material of the terrain being all sandy

  • Improved shadows in near-camera scenarios

  • Fixed the translation of item tooltips not updating when switching translations mid-game

  • Fixed random white flashes during rain

  • Fixed an issue were you could somehow delete the bakeries floor

  • Added missing items in store

  • Eggcartons now work propperly on cookingpots
